Job description :

Under the Business Process Management (BPM) Consulting Division, the candidate will leverage their operational knowledge and background, and work with stakeholders from across the organization to understand and implement innovative solutions to complex business process challenges. The candidate will interface with many internal groups in our client´s organisation  including, Core Customer Service, Compliance, Internal Control and Financial Operations.

 

Your responsabilities:

  • Plan and implement small to medium process management initiatives.
  • Analyze processes that support enterprise wide priorities and align with the strategic client´s goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and departments within the client´s organization.
  • Understand current business processes, document processes, recommend improvements.
  • Identify metrics to measure adherence to the established processes.
  • Provide advice on areas for improvement within business processes.
  • Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with process owners to ensure processes and operating procedures are updated.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and provide feedback to fellow teammates.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, including daily stand-up calls.

Your profil: 

  • Understanding of and experience in value analysis, process mapping.
  • Ability to implement a data driven internal process control.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles and methodology.
  • Strong communication skills both in English and French.
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to gather input to process flows.
  • Ability to influence the organization through effective collaboration and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze detailed data to understand trends and patterns.
  • Ability to review performance and adjust processes for continuous improvement based on data.
  • Abilitiy to advise client in cost-effectiveness, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to identify process related risks.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge in business process modeling notation (BPMN) is an advantage.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required, Master's preferred.

 

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microfinance or similar industry required.
